PlanWatch does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking.

The short version: your files and your activity stay on your own devices. PlanWatch only communicates directly between your Mac and your own iPad or iPhone over your local network. Nothing is sent to us or to any third party.

Information we collect

None. PlanWatch does not require an account and does not collect personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or diagnostic data.

Your files

The Markdown files you monitor and edit remain on your Mac. When you use the companion app, your Mac streams file content directly to your iPad or iPhone over your local network. This content is never uploaded to a server and is never accessible to us.

Local network

The iOS companion app uses your local network solely to discover and connect to a Mac running PlanWatch that you control. It communicates only with your own devices.

Third parties

PlanWatch does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and does not share any data with third parties.

Children's privacy

PlanWatch does not collect any data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
